"Usually have what I want and the prices are fair, yeah you can save money online but last time I placed a order for motorcycle goodies it wasn’t going to ship for two weeks and with cycle gear I can have it at their store in basically three business days or less. The customer service is pretty good, there’s usually one employee whom you can basically trust your life to with advice and knowledge and then there’s a few where I usually hang up and call again hoping for the good one but that’s a small price to pay.
